This is as complete as I can get it, which includes the missing Stream episodes which were only recently uploaded. Though I've decided to only include the first 7 episodes of Beast+ since they're the only ones subbed as of now. Including the raws would be pointless at this current time. Especially with my upload speeds.
Judging from the quality, many of these are TVRips with the later seasons being mostly DVDRips. Majority are hard-coded, with only soft-subs in the files that I had to manually do myself, so with that said, the quality varies like crazy.

Again, I have tried to include all that I could and have found over the years and besides Beast+ this is actually as complete as one can get (currently) with OVA's included. Please do be patient as I am limited in upload speed (256kb/s... Yay for Australian internet -.-) and this may take me well over a week to upload but hopefully once it's done, the kind people of Nyaa can help keep it alive.
Almost forgot to add, but if anyone with a good seedbox or good upload can jump on and help, that would be great. This will most likely be a bit of a drag but It would be much appreciated.

I just noticed there wasn't any torrents out here that were up to date and those that were semi complete were dead, even the individual seasons were dead, so figured what the hell. It may take some time but hopefully it will soon be up for everyone.

Shhh :p it counts technically... haha. You know, funnily enough over the 10 or so years I've been trying to collect this I've never run into the OP/ED of this series in any shape, way or form. let alone seen a clean release of it.
Also praise the lord -- my upload is actually 600kb/s. It must be some sort of miracle! If my upload stays at a decent 500kb/s I might actually upload some other older stuff since I got about 15TB of anime, with a lot of it being older stuff.
No problem KH91. Also that actually went a lot quicker than expected. Thanks everyone for helping with the seed and there was even someone who jumped in with like 70% of the files so I'm sure that helped speed it up a lot. I'll see what else I have that's on the older side I can upload.

@FilipinoGrandMaster -- I decided not to include the episodes that were RAW -- so basically I just compiled all the episodes I had found that were subbed at the time and put them together. To keep the file size down I chose to just remove all non-subbed episodes. Though thankfully it seems STE have picked up Rockman and are re-subbing it slowly but surely so hopefully we'll see this series complete one day in the near future. till now this is what we have to work with. Sorry about that.

Coming back to this torrent -- I might one day hopefully when STE finishes up re-releasing it, do another torrent but I want to thank you all that continue to seed this on my behalf and am glad a lot of you found enjoyment from it =).
Hi there @usifrenegade thank you for uploading the torrent! But I'd just like to ask you about Beast plus. There are only 13 episodes being subbed on multiple anime websites so I'm really curious to know from you on when they will upload the remaining 13 episodes (14-26)? Because I remembered them uploading the 13th episode a few months back.
Yikes I really need to pay attention to my comment sections. @Terrymcginnisss when they complete it tbh. ATM Season one (AKA Rockman.exe) had a re-release in basically wide screen (960x720). I'm hoping for a re-release of that. Even Axess got a 720p release (Raw's sadly). So I'm just waiting to see what becomes of the show. If it completes; I'll delete this and re-release as a whole. Possibly do a HEVC version depending on scale of things.
It looks like STE dropped it. I'm making softsubs for the rest of the episodes (by OCRing and timing the existing hardsubs). Here are the SRT files. The filenames are for the 576p (anything above 480p is an upscale), but just rename them if you want them to work with other EruPii raws.

I literally just created an account to be able to thank you. Thank you so much for keeping this alive and to everyone that is seeding this, after the closure of a certain website I thought I would not be able to watch this anime ever again, I'll make sure to preserve this and I'll try to seed as much as possible to keep it alive.
@AB_Raws: Maybe I'll continue doing releases of STE because of no progress at my current fansub team where we planned on redoing the subs for the anime.
Wow I went through an emotional rollercoaster coming back haha. I love this series myself which is why I wanted to share it. Been collecting anime for 15 years so my collection varies like crazy regarding quality and hell even subs. Many of my older series are from the old fan-subbed groups. I might have to grab @AB_Raws subs and make re-work of this torrent which will include the new Axess and season 1 releases since their quality is much higher and even lower file size. Not to mention soft-sub.
@EruPii that would be amazing. I Would love to see this anime completed as a whole one day. Be it the anime or the games on the Gameboy Advance this made my teen years. The games progressed amazingly story wise.
With the announcement of Battle Network games coming back as a legacy collection, this is a must re-watch! :D I hope I find enough seeds to download it fast XD thank you so much in advance!!! this is a miracle torrent to find :)
