don't opus it bruh . the aac is already 25 mb why compress it to opus 20 mb.

I prefer Opus for consistency with my other releases (some of which are encoded from FLAC). And a blind test won't be able to distinguish between a 25mb aac and 20mb Opus compressed from it. So why not save those 5mb? ?
Imagine thinking that there is any 1080p detail in a 269.8 MiB file that is LOSSILY TRANSCODED from already shitty-looking webshit.
god damn the audio sounds like shit. lots of artifacts created from the pointless lossy->lossy transcode, but I guess it's consistent: shit audio to go with shit video.

Lol, what did you expect from a miniencode? ? I'll be glad and willing to learn if you can produce better quality at similar sizes (without using too much extra cpu power).
