The picture quality of Selecta Visión’s GT releases are all roughly the same, that is, very, very average. Their “remaster” was actually worsening the picture quality from what it was originally (grainy to digital noise reduction).

The Spanish dub is better on the old VHS releases than it is on the Selecta Visión DVDs. But to answer your question, I think it is, although SV may have turned them into fake 2.0.
Spaniard user “Overdrive” (I think) made lossless rips and that’s pretty much the best source. SV always filters the audio, so customers get an inferior product m
