For those of you, who have very slow speeds from official launcher. Launcher version 2.3.3.0, game version 1.0.0 Previous 'repack' upload didn't worked for me, so here is simple archives. Installation: 1. Extract "GenshinImpactLauncher.rar" to some folder, e.g. "C:\Games\Genshin Impact\" 2. Extract "GenshinImpactGame.7z" inside "Genshin Impact" folder from step 1 3. Open "\Genshin Impact\config.ini" and edit "game_install_path=" line to your install path 4. When you launch the Launcher, "Launch" button should be active, if it isn't then you've put wrong install path in step 3
