Just to clarify, Nii-sama did the following to de-cringify the subs:

• Retimed the dialogue
• Frame-timed the signs
• Split lines when there were two speakers
• Translated the songs

What I did beyond that is described here. If Nii-sama stops releasing I can start working directly from the official subs, but it may take longer. The official translation is good enough that there’s no need to start from scratch.
