Doki is bad, they had tl errors. Cannot find source since it's long gone. Also, there's a typo. It's underwate->underwater.

Thanks RoxReaper. So it likes like Doki added TL notes to explain things in order for people to understand the jokes themselves (which jokes are a big part of this show apparently). They also made some v2 for some episodes. Looking at the screenshots on crymore.net as well as going by my experience with Gintama (Gintama has a bunch tl notes to explain things), I'm going to go with Doki.
