As usual, 2D action animation by the berserk studio is shit terrible, they can't do 3D (Berserk 2016), they can't do 2D action ( this show), they need to get closed down or up their game for next big show they get.

goddam the animation on this one was kind of ass, also the plot is jumping the shark compared to the manga huh? most of this stuff haven't even happened yet and spider has like 30 more chapters fighting mother and demon queen before the carriage rescue scene comes up, wtf is going on, after rescuing the kid, spider is supposed to just chill on the hill above the town and keep watch over baby vampire with the villagers worshiping her as a god lol

They've ran out of money, so it seems by that much of a tank in animation quality.

@No_Frame they saved so much money by outsourcing entire spider segment of the show to Chinese 3D studio, and they still ran out of money? doubtful, they're just terrible, it was obviously with Berserk cardboard cutouts animation.

Finally got to the end of the season. The animation was only as bad as it was in this episode, the rest were A-OK (except 2 more short scenes where the animation was "ehh")
