Like most anime, it's most likely animated with 8 to 12 unique frames per second and then duplicated as-is to even hit 23.976, so imagine how many duplicated frames it takes to hit 60. Increasing frame count doesn't somehow magically increase quality. With anime it just makes everything move really unnaturally retarded. This video is bad quality like the source PSN rip. 60fps makes it look a little less choppy, but i still see a lot of missing frames or frame duplication, you can still watch the movie, but for my tastes, i see it "lagging", you can see the train in first minutes of the movie moving forward/backward as the frames go on, wtf? Hope this will be solved when Blu-ray comes out
