Based on the original translation of the 2016 movie made by nedragrevev, I only translated the added scenes (to the best of my abilities) and did the necessary retiming.
Disclaimer: any errors are on me, dips in quality on the added footage are to be expected, please manage your expectations accordingly.

You really should wait for MTBB to finish their version… but this one might do in a pinch.
Edit: so MTBB won’t be doing the extended version after all so it’s these subs or nothing.
