I can't seem to find any information about this. It seems this is an Anime original and had some Manga chapters. Not sure if it's complete, but this is the only thing that was share by XRA.
Hopefully there will be more out there!
The manga's publishing is sponsored by the city of Tajimi and it seems they've only commissioned 7 chapters for translation for now. There might be a proper publication and a subsequent license down the road; it'll probably depend on the anime's success among other things, so buy the BDs, I guess.

There are 32 chapters of the webcomic, which can be downloaded for free on the official website.
There was a new chapter every 3-4 months, until chapter 32 in may 2020. The website says something about 33, but that isn't out yet.

So far, only 7 issues of the webmanga were translated.
Starting in the beginning of 2021, an alternative version is published on mangacross.
