Encoded from R2J DVD with subtitles from mottoj. Dual Audio: Japanese (Stereo Dolby AC-3), English (Stereo Dolby AC-3). This OVA is actually a prequel to a 1991 tokusatsu films which also had a sequel released the same year as the OVA. They are definitely worth the watch and have been released on BD. Here is hoping for an HD release of OVA some day.

Difference from previous version: Apparently there were some issues with the previous source so these are a new encode for a different DVD set (I think the others were from a budget release). The new release includes NCOP, NCED, and commercial collection.
