The sound is out of sync

The issue is dipper than “audio out of sync”.
OVAs and S1 (which is incorrectly labeled 47 in torrent, actually ep 45-49 order is messed up, anidb has files assigned to correct eps) were not detelicned. Instead, they were deinterlaced, resulting in 29.970 fps video, which then were encoded as 23.976 fps. So we have a video that plays at 4/5 speed.

This can be be corrected by running “mkvmerge --default-duration 0:30000/1001fps --fix-bitstream-timing-information 0 in.mp4 -o out.mkv”, but of course this doesnt fix combed frames from deinterlacing instead of detelecine.

P.S. 1080p torrent have the same issue
