Synopsis
With another Wave happening in a week, Naofumi Iwatani and his party have no time to waste. However, when bat familiars raid Lurolona Village and the Wave countdown comes to a halt, the Four Cardinal Heroes reconvene with the queen, Mirelia Q Melromarc, for a quick briefing. The queen presumes that the odd occurrences are linked to the Spirit Tortoise—a threatening creature that has awakened from its slumber, back to cause havoc once again. A plan to put the Spirit Tortoise to rest is devised—but out of the four men, only the cursed Shield Hero agrees to help.
Language Options
I included two simple scripts that you can apply to these files to do the following (Windows only):
- Make [Single Audio] Japanese: Throws out English audio and Signs&Songs subtitles tracks
- Make [Single Audio] English: Throws out Japanese audio and Dialogue subtitles tracks
To apply these put all the video files into the Language Options folder and run the .bat file.
Don’t combine them and only use them once together with the base files.

Frames in episode 01 are choppy, there are some missing frames, other are doubled. I didn’t checked other episodes.
I downloaded other group release, and there is no problems.

You can start watching from 17:10 till the end of ep 01, from that part scenes start looking choppy, I cheked in video converter, and some frames are missing, other ones doubled in place of those missing, so it makes animation choppy.
I took Anime Time release, and there isn’t any problem with animation smoothness in their release.

I find no problem at all in both VLC and MPV at or after the timestamp you mentioned
