This was originally named "v2" (as reflected in the filename) for complicated reasons. I made the torrent title on here say v1 to indicate it's an early release made using a TV source. (It's not quite shitty enough to be called a v0.)
@motbob I didn't mux this one myself, just uploaded the version that was already posted for consistency. I plan to in the future though, and will consider using Ioroid's raws if they keep being uploaded here (unlike what happened with Onimai). I do like HEVC better though. People can always download the subs separately as well if they wish.
@Aryma The one available web-dl that's currently out wasn't available at the time this mux was made, IIRC. Will look into using it for future episodes if the quality is noticeably better.
OK, had time to compare, this raw really is oversharpened – I personally don't think it looks too bad most of the time but it does lose some detail, and it's pretty noticeable during the ED with artifacts that make it look considerably worse.
The TV version comes out two days earlier than Web, though, so that's what'll be used going forward (because honestly I don't think most people care _that_ much, and it's not worth delaying multiple days for that). And there are no better options – the NND one has a watemark, Ohys-Raws' is in 720p, and NanakoRaws' came out nearly 24 hours later. If someone else wants to try their hand at the .ts file that might be nice?
Subs will be provided standalone so people can wait and use them with any other raws of their choice. And at the end of the season will consider muxing a batch version with a better web-dl video source.
Certain scenes will look like absolute trash with TV (as you already saw with the ending of episode 1). NND is the wrong framerate and has a lot of combing. There are no good options until Amazon comes out.
