Yes, episode 11 is finished airing, but episode 12 is still set to come out in October of 2023. Just do some googling. You could call it [SubsPlease] Dr. Stone S3 Part 1, but Season 3 is def not finished. At either rate, you’ll see come October. Mid-Season hiatuses are not uncommon in anime.
