The lines display aliasing and bluriness, typical result of a low native resolution and a poor upscaling algorithm used. Aliasing was also observed in the background lines, too. In addition, a few scenes suffer from mild colour banding. We applied descaling and reconstruction, accompanied by anti-aliasing and de-ringing to improve the lines. PP was finalized by using slight de-banding and adaptive de-noising, which reduced a certain amount of dynamic noice to control the bitrate.
