On VLC it looks like the entire screen was filtered by a black mask.
The color is so dark and dim. Is this how it’s made?

This movie is coming to Netflix on July 5th, apparently. I might just wait for that, assuming the original Japanese voice track will be included, and it’s not just English dub only.
