Shoma is correct, technically. Spelling it with a 'u' is also correct as it adds the emphasis in english that's in the japanese romanization.

With U and without make it different sound and word, so no, it is not correct. If they want to localize that, they normally add "h" or "ō".

@izusubs That's what I was trying to say. I'm glad you stick with Shouma instead of Shoma, Shohma, or even Shōma. As someone who used to learn Japanese, it saddens me when I see stuff like that. I'll definitely stick with yours from now.
