These compiled volumes include raw pages from the Japanese volumes to keep the page count and numbering correct for ‘complete’ tank-style volumes.
The JPEG-XL images are created from the denoised PNGs after converting from AVIF.
To open JPEG-XL images your reading software need to support this, check here for supported software.
Komga (and Kavita Canary) is able to open and serve JXL files, they will auto-convert if accessing (OPDS) application does not handle JXL.
Volumes 01-09 contain chapters 001-045, chapters only in Posterized PNG4: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1949924

Thanks for JXL stuff, glad to see more of it popping up since Apple put some momentum behind getting it standardized industry-wide by putting support for it in iOS 17/MacOS 14 (Google has historically been trying to sabotage the format - AVIF is fine but JXL is clearly superior for images). Do you use lossless or d=1 (“perceptually lossless”)?

I’ve mention this at the very top of the description, I use visually lossless thus a distance of 1.
The source of these are low quality AVIF and even after denoising lots of strays are left so it does not have to be mathematical lossless in my opinion.
(and that the volumes would be easily 400MB+ each for this title, and for some titles I’ve done, 500MB+)
