Kana is reluctant to return to Okuhida since she had some bad childhood memories from there, but feels she has no choice but to attend the funeral. At the same time, back in Okuhida, Morita Shinichi, who was a grade school classmate of Kana's, has been hoping to escape from the Inn his parent's run and go to America, but things aren't going his way.
