Mazui’s subs for this show are much better than CBM’s (R1) and Commie’s, and this release has better visual quality as well. The anime4life HEVC release is bit-starved and laden with artifacts, just like their K-On releases. It’s especially noticeable as aliasing of the lines of the eyebrows in closeup shots of Tamako’s face. anime4life also has ugly PGS subs.

This is the best release, no question about it. Thanks CTR.
